Kenneth B. Watt
Ken Watt is a business lawyer whose practice focuses on business and commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and other business entity related matters, banking, ERISA and taxation.  He represents clients in the areas of private equity, banking, oil and gas, nonprofit, manufacturing and senior living.  He joined the firm in 2001.  He received his J.D. in 1993 from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he was a senior staff member of the Tulsa Law Journal, in which he had an article published.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant.  In 1987, he received his B.S.B.A. with an emphasis in accounting and finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
