Kelsey Neal is a business attorney who represents and advises clients in corporate, banking and securities law matters. Ms. Neal also advises clients in a variety of contexts, including, data privacy, artificial intelligence, compliance, internal investigations, and non-profit organization formation and operations. Ms. Neal enjoys learning about a wide variety of businesses and applying her business and law experience to assist clients with their business plans. In her spare time, Ms. Neal serves as legal counsel and ex-officio board member with the Tulsa Opera, as an advisory board member for Reading Partners (Tulsa), and a member of the Tulsa Area United Way Women United Steering Committee.

Kelsey Neal joined Frederic Dorwart, Lawyers PLLC as an Associate in 2021 after interning with Frederic Dorwart, Lawyers, PLLC during law school. Before joining the Firm, Ms. Neal worked at Verit Advisors as an Investment Banking Associate where she was a part of the transaction execution team with an emphasis on M&A and ESOP advisory services. Ms. Neal also worked for Robert W. Baird & Co.’s Investment Banking division (Technology & Services Group) where she gained significant M&A transaction execution experience.
Ms. Neal received her law degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law where she graduated cum laude and is a member of the Order of the Coif. At Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Ms. Neal served as a board member and Co-President of the Donal Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center Student Board. Ms. Neal graduated from Washington University in St. Louis where she received a Bachelor of Arts, Economics and Finance, with honors in economics, summa cum laude, and was elected into Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Neal played four years of varsity softball at WashU where she served as team captain and was a three-time Capital One Academic All-American (second in school history).
