Arianna Cole

Ms. Cole focuses her practice on banking, commercial finance services, and general corporate and transactional matters. Ms. Cole represents banks, private equity funds, and other borrowers in connection with a variety of lending transactions, including acquisition and leveraged financings, tribal finance transactions, asset-based lending (including reserve-based lenders for oil and gas transactions), commercial real estate and construction financing, and general working capital facilities.

Biography

Ms. Cole earned her Juris Doctor with highest honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she served as the Business Manager of the Tulsa Law Review and was named to the Order of the Curule Chair. During law school, Ms. Cole served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Stephanie K. Seymour of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Ms. Cole received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University.
