Stacy A. Schauvliege

Stacy A. Schauvliege’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, land use and zoning, commercial banking and financing transactions, and aviation matters. Her work includes structuring and documenting secured financing transactions, particularly in the real estate and energy sectors, as well as representing both lenders and borrowers in complex commercial financings.

Biography

Ms. Schauvliege earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she served as President of the Native American Law Students Association and led the Student Bar Association Social Committee. While in law school, she was a recipient of both the University of Notre Dame Law School Fellowship Scholarship and the Osage Nation Education Department Scholarship. She also served as a Student Ambassador for the Law School Admissions Office.
