Greg Williamson is a tax attorney and focuses his practice global tax planning, corporation, partnership and LLC formation and operation, taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, restructurings, and tax controversies.
Greg joined Frederic Dorwart, Lawyers, PLLC as a Member in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at Egan Nelson LLP, where he focused on a wide range of transactional matters. Prior to that, he was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and was Tax Counsel at Exxon Mobil Corporation. He received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2009, where he graduated summa cum laude. He received an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Houston Law Center in 2013.
