James Higgins is an experienced attorney focusing mainly on consumer banking, commercial litigation and business litigation. Mr. Higgins has substantial experience in a variety of areas including general civil litigation, professional liability, health care, employment law, oil and gas and appellate advocacy. Prior to Joining Frederic Dorwart, Lawyers, Mr. Higgins was Counsel for ConocoPhillips Legal Department, Claims Division.
Mr. Higgins graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1999 where he was a member of the Tulsa Law Journal. In 1993, he received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Tulsa. He is a member of the Oklahoma, Tulsa County and American Bar Associations.
