Margaret Kobos joined Frederic Dorwart, Lawyers in 2008. Prior to that time, she was Senior Vice President, Associate Trust Counsel, and Senior Trust Administrator of Bank of Oklahoma, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Ms. Kobos is experienced in estate planning and fiduciary matters related to trusts, charitable entities, banking, and probate. Her practice extends to public trusts and fiduciary litigation. Ms. Kobos is also experienced in municipal law, and regulations and procedures related to publicly-funded projects and public entities.
Ms. Kobos received her J.D. from the University of Tulsa in 1992 where she was on the Dean's Honor Roll. She was named "Outstanding Member" of the Energy Law Journal in 1992. Ms. Kobos received her B.A. in 1986 from Agnes Scott College. She has served as President of Tulsa Title and Probate Lawyers and Chairwoman of the Oklahoma Bar Association Section on Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Law.
Ms. Kobos is an active member of the Tulsa Opera Board, and supports the Tulsa Boys' Home, the Alzheimer's Association, and the River Parks Foundation.
